    I received an Ashurst PFO after bombing the online test lol, but in the email it said "We enjoyed looking at your profile and reading through your application. We would welcome you to apply for our Vacation scheme again". Does anyone know if this is standard wording for the rejection email?

    I’ve not heard anything. I’m pretty certain I’ve got a PFO as all their interview slots are full I think. But what I am confused about is last year, they were still sending out offers until mid March at least! Maybe this year Is just extra competitive.

    I could be wrong but my opinion is that this is referring to, for example, how business and the economy works as a whole, as well as major events that have happened during the economic lifecycle that has shaped things today (e.g. the GFC, Brexit, EFC)
