Recruitment heads can stay there like gargoyles atop a gothic french church, for ages and ages... or move on to the next role just like you'd find with any other profession without the turnover rate of hospitality. Best bet is to LinkedIn 'people' + 'recruitment' + 'firm name' and see the hints...
PLEASE ELABORATE ON THESE, I would love to read your TC journey because these debates/arguments sound (obviously not at the time!!!) like they are hilarious material -- like what did they say to press your buttons??
I did an interview with R&G where I said, to the Private Equity partner...
Just submitted an app with a line that read "None of the partners in this firm are POC, I was hoping I could change that one day" in the motivation part of the form LOL
Hey Axel, can you give more information on this? I have one VS from my first cycle, this is my second and I've missed VS deadlines for personal reasons but TC deadlines are still open. Don't have loads of legal experience except a couple of internships during uni (I'm 24) and finished the PGDL...

Anyone got any comments on repeating answers in interviews? I did one interview over the phone with person A, now this week I have another one with person A and person B. I feel like lots of the stuff from the first interview will be covered as they're both competency based, but don't want to...
Long shot but anyone doing/that's done the 2nd stage Morgan Lewis interview -- is it really competency Qs only??? seems too chill for a second stage... I am scared the partner will ask technical questions/commercial law q's and I'll have foolishly just prepped how to sell myself/my experience...
holy shizz!!! Morgan Lewis second stage. But I'm outside the UK taking care of my mom post-OP and the interview for the VS is in person during this time, so I think I'm going to have to let it go :^((
Just did the Morgan Lewis phone interview, not too bad, super friendly recruitment which is the best thing to find on the other end of the phone! She was 7 mins late though which made me really nervous I had clicked the wrong Teams link ahahah
