100% agreed and not just this, The Law Society also as a matter of good practice strongly states that once a TC has been accepted the candidates should withdraw from the other processes.
Strategically speaking, is it better to apply to the London office or other regional office of a firm for better chances at a TC? Regional offices have less vacancies but I assume they have less applicants as well.
Is it just me or the SJTs are a hit and miss? I have passed two SJTs in this cycle. I also applied for the CPS TC as the application process seemed easy enough. Did the practice test before the actual one and got feedback that I did better most people in these categories, however failed the main...
I'm sure they will mix the questions. But for mine they asked 4 questions related to strength based. One was specific to IM and one was about commercial awareness.
