If that is true I should just quit now lol (also 25). Just kidding - like the others said I think it's just a way to make you feel uncomfortable and see how you react. We're definitely not old
I’d also like to add that for listed companies, many jurisdictions will actually have a compulsory ‘squeeze out’ mechanism that is triggered when the offerer acquires a specified percentage of equity (usually 90 or 95 percent) after a public offer of the target company. This allows the offerer...
Yes of course! I'd say that it was really focused on your application, nothing too difficult. For example, he asked me about my degree choice and why I am now pursuing commercial law. He asked me a bit about my work experience, and skills/hobbies. And then there was why Skadden and tell me about...
Yes don't stress about it too much! Like you I had my first formal interview about two weeks ago and it also didn't go great. I think when you're just starting out it's really the nerves that can get in your way. Now I'm just reminding myself that even if it doesn't work out, you always learn...
Ah don't worry, I also had mine today and I felt that I really stumbled in the first few minutes, but luckily it went a bit better afterwards. Don't give up hope yet! You never know :)

Hi guys, just a question for international students who have applied for VC/TC. How did you fill out the secondary education section? I am a Dutch student and our high school education system does not have an equivalent of GCSE/A-levels. In fact, we have a single final examination during and at...
Hi there, I am just wondering how important extracurriculars are. I am a Dutch national, just graduated cum laude in Political Science from a university in Rome (took 5 'law' classes), but do not have any noteworthy extracurriculars. For example, within my university there were not many...
Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with K&E interviews? I am currently considering applying for the direct TC but I am doubting whether or not it is better for me to wait to apply for their vacation scheme next year.
The reason for this is that I am a non-law graduate...
