    Agree with the uncertainty of NQ positions since most firms still offer training contracts. So I’d assume such NQ roles would go to the ones that have undergone training as trainee solicitors but not sure. There doesn’t seem to be much information on it

    Simply taking the SQE 1 and 2 exams and gaining two years of qualifying work experience. I guess many that plan on taking that route would want to accumulate that experience as paralegals.
