That’s true but like you said there’s hundreds, it’s easier to do it in one go. I did a first year scheme with Shearman and recruitment said that they reject 80% of applications due to bad grammar and spelling. I assume they probably have a computer software for that. They review applications after the deadline and that deadline was 15/01/2023, not even 3 weeks ago. You just have to wait and be patient.
