    Did anyone else get an email from Sidley saying they're winter vac is full but they'll consider your app for spring/summer? Do you guys think that means I would get the interview in January or it's just the process they do every year when there are applications left over for winter?

    i have such a similar story! I got rejected from NRF this year after the WG even if last year they told me to apply again for the Vac scheme (i clearly do terribly on WGs). I'm still waiting to hear from Sidley but they told me to apply this year too. Maybe there are some typos in your app...

    No I haven't heard back yet! But i'm also their brand ambassador and they told me they're quite busy this term so they wont be giving out responses as rolling as past years. all their AC will be in January/February (they really want to be able to do it in person)

    I applied like 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I know that if SIdley like you they can offer you spring even if you apply for winter vac scheme! But do what you think is best for your application

    hey I know this is late, i got the same email. I spoke to grad rec and they said to just send the same application back. they basically wanted us to do the WG and then if we pass the WG they'll ask for an updated CV before the AC

    i know some people who were able to defer offers but you will have to talk to the specific firm. im sure some will probably say its now or never.
