    Requesting an early start TC

    Hello I will be completing the LPC in June and my vacation scheme ends in July. If I do convert it to a TC, I would like to start in 2023. Is it advisable to send a request/discuss with HR now or wait till after the vac scheme? I would be grateful if someone could suggest how best to go about...
