i think if you applied for their winter vac, They said expect to hear from us from 29 Sept onwards, which would be for their AC rollout. AC is the next stage after online app (just the work experience section really) + SJT/VI.- TCSeeker999

I did the same, and am on the AS NRF-BP mentoring scheme this year so have had to take it 'twice' in 12 months. The only reason why I think they could change is because of the merger but considering HSF was the ‘bigger’ firm, i think this is unlikely. the way i would do it would be to have a line at the start saying 'in july 2025, i completed X experience. my role/responsibility/what i did.....' then, i usually structure it around the firm's competency framework (if they have one.) logically, if that is what they look for in their trainees...- TCSeeker999
