Linklaters encouraged me to re-apply after I didn’t make it past the AC. However, they usually expect people applying for a direct TC to have at least 4 weeks of continuous legal experience, and they said this a few times.- OO28

The application is exactly the same most of the time, same questions. Also worth noting that I've never done a vacation scheme and still got the interview. I made sure to highlight transferrable skills in my work experience section. I'm not sure if they expect more of me and a clearer "why law"...- OO28
