Hi everyone, I have a TC and my firm is asking me to do the SQE 1 & 2 LLM course at uni of law in sept although I already have the LPC so I'm exempt from the SQE 1 exams. Would love to know if anyone had any insights on the SQE LLM course in general and how to approach the SQE 2 being a LPC grad
Those who are lpc grads and are law/gdl grads that have done the SQE 2 exams or are currently doing the prep course (particularly at Uni of Law), how have you found the course in general in terms of difficulty?
And is worth doing the full SQE course due to legal knowledge needed from the core...

How do you get a distinction on LPC when your average is 61% and do most top city firms want distinction or is it fine to get a commendation? @George Maxwell @Jessica Booker @James Carrabino

Mishcon did say they'll get back to everyone by 9 March but the other two, I have not heard from other than the standard confirmation email.
Why don't you just do some travelling or take self-development courses? It's always good to have something leisurely to do before going to do something intense. Of course, that depends on whether you need funds, then if so try finding any commercial and/or legal role that you feel would help in...
