Hi Jessica, do you know whether the Chambers UK numbers for Vac Scheme to TC places are correct? Say for Freshfields, if they accept 50% of their 80 Trainees from Direct TC Apps, and there are 60 Vacation Scheme places, would it make sense to estimate that the offer rate is 67%?- Jane

Can I just say - if you're in a group exercise and someone gives a great idea, don't shoot it down just because he/she did well for the other exercises. Just came out of a group exercise where my idea was shot down and I was utterly bullied by everyone on the basis that it "wasn't interesting"...- Jane
