NRF PFO following telephone interview. Really surprising as it was one of my best interviews, I was really proud of my answers. I managed to get through to the winter vac scheme in 2020. Not really sure what went wrong this time around but oh well. Time to start looking at TCs starting in 2025 :(
I only just submitted my WG as the deadline is tomorrow. Have people already received rejections following WG? I assumed all of the rejections from today were post-application, not post-WG. I haven't heard anyone get invites to telephone interviews yet, which is the next stage. So I think you've...
Same here.. I've only recently started in this role and not sure if I've even accrued enough holiday to take 2 weeks off (I'll have to try unpaid leave), let alone whether they'll appreciate me abanadoning them with such short notice.. Then again, knowing my luck so far I probably won't even get...

Is it reasonable to expect that I was too late submitting my Mayer Brown TC app? They were rolling and I submitted 2 days before the deadline (29th Jan). I haven't received any invite to online tests or anything.
Thanks so much for that thorough response, Dheepa!
I had never considered that firms were so different in the way they assessed candidates. I definitely agree that the best thing I can do now is find out as much as possible about each firm's VS format ... this is gonna take a while!
Hi everyone. I have a question for anyone who has completed vacation schemes in the office (most likely pre-COVID).
Q) Is the format very different for an in-person scheme than a virtual scheme? Specifically, is the majority of the time spent sat in a department actually doing real work, and...
