I've seen a few PFOs went out earlier this week but I've heard nothing, logged into apply4law portal and nothing since the confirmation of application...

Update Cleary Gottlieb: just got an email saying they are now reviewing applications and will communicate the outcome in due course. So at least they are considering direct TCs!
