Rather cheeky of them honestly.M&R only use the blended assessment in the first stage to decide whether to move candidates to the next stage. I'm scared of those as these tests are not my strength! Ugh this is exhausting.But I'm trying to tell myself that if I got past the first application stage once, what's stopping me from doing so again? Seeing everyone's successes on LinkedIn has fired up my desire to get a TC, so let's get on that application grind!</blockquote>
