Applying to Direct Tcs

Hi,

Does anyone know relatively when it would be good to submit direct TC apps? As in, if the deadline is in July, would submitting the application later be better?

Hi there. This depends on whether the deadline is rolling or not. If it’s rolling, then yes - submit as soon as you can, ensuring quality and a good tailoring of the application to the firm/yourself is present. If non-rolling, then you can still take your time with it, but I personally still submit early regardless of the stance. The reason is because some firms are non-rolling but review applications as they come in. Not every firm mentions this on their website, so submitting early is always recommended by me personally.
