Dear Isabel,

I would like to know about the firm's support for working mums. As I am a mother of two and drawn to BCLP's work culture, I want to know more about it, please. I just completed my LLM Legal Practice SQE1 & 2 at the University of Law and attained a 2:1 from the University of Reading. Would you recommend applying for the direct training contract or vacation scheme first? Thanks.

Thanks, Zun. We have a few Trainees that are currently working parents and are able to offer support to ensure that childcare arrangements can be met.

If you are able to apply for the Vacation Scheme, you probably would have a higher chance of success as we mainly recruit from our Vacation Scheme, but we do reserve a few places from our Direct TC as well.

Hi Izzy,
I schooled in Nigeria, but i did not undertake any pre 16-18 qualification. This isnt complusory in my country as you can enter the university after secondary school. Do you reckon i leave that section vacant. Thanks
