Thank you Jessica for your input! In terms of how this looks on my CV/application, would they query why I am interning at a VC rather than a law firm? Personally, I just wanted to round out my understanding of ECM and the actors involved- this is as my interest is in capital markets and corporate finance in general is the area I want to practice in in the future.
