Please break this down for each assessment. This can include advice for preparation, as well as tips for the day.</strong></p><p></p><p>Interview - this was the easiest part of the day, try and be pragmatic with your answers, especially with the SJT section of the interview. the interviewers will correct you if you're wrong, so try and seem as open minded as possible, even if they tell you you hadn't quite got the right answer</p><p></p><p>Presentation - try and avoid cue cards and be as confident as possible. the interviewers will ask you some tough questions afterwards, so try and stick to your convictions if they ask you to consider an alternative viewpoint</p><p></p><p>Written task - extremely time pressured and there was no clock in the room, so make sure you leave enough time for drafting/editing. there's also very specific instructions, so if it asks you to ignore a piece of evidence, make sure you do so!</p><p></p><p><strong>Were you successful?</strong></p><p></p><p>Yes</p></blockquote><p></p>
