Business strategy of Jones Day?

Anyone has an idea on what JD's current business and growth strategy is ? I could only find that it's a friendly place and not as aggressive as pureplay US firms. But that's on the culture side. On business side, they are good at fraud, private equity and M&A . But those are practice area strengths. Cant figure out business strategy.

I see it's been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has come across any updates on how Jones Day’s approach to client relationships is holding up recently, especially with the legal market shifting post-COVID. I’m curious if their single-firm approach is still giving them a strong edge across jurisdictions or if others have started to catch up.

Their one-firm structure means they don't track individual partner profits, which helps them work more as a team across offices. Felt like they really value internal collaboration over competition.
