I looked over some of the work I did when I was first starting, and it is actually crazy how much I have improved.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">Keep a spreadsheet of tasks and make sure it is up to date. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">When a partner asks you to do some work, ask when they want it back by. Managing expectations about my capacity and being open about my workload has really helped.
