CV Review

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a CV reviewed by a professional or an automated CV screener specialised in the legal field? I will qualify in the coming months and would like to update my CV, but am not sure what employers are looking for in a CV at an NQ level. I have found lots of automated CV screeners online, but these are not tailored to legal CVs. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I am not aware of any CV screening services for NQs, unfortunately. Possibly worth posting about this on the Junior Lawyers' Community here? You can request access to the Community by filling out this form here. Recruitment agencies might be able to help as a lot of them have blog posts on tailoring your CV and NQ CV templates like this one here. You could possibly reach out to recruitment at your current firm to ask if they have any resources for how they would recommend their NQs to design their CVs as well, if you feel comfortable doing this.
