Second half is strategy and motivational based. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Meeting with a trainee - 45 minutes to ask questions about Dechert, etc. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Graduate recruitment interview - 45 mins first half rapid fire commercial awareness questions, second half competency based questions. </li> </ul><p><strong>What is your best advice for each aspect of the assessment on the day? Please break this down for each assessment. This can include advice for preparation, as well as tips for the day.</strong></p><p>Always give examples. Read up on any and all commercial news you can get your hands on.
