Hi! I have just been invited to complete a written exercise and a video interview with Dechert. Honestly, this is the stage where I usually struggle and often face rejection. I was wondering if anyone has insights into what the process might involve, what the questions might be, or any tips and tricks to help me approach it with more confidence? I could not find anything even in the premium database.
