If say a notice of enforcement is served on a person say named Mr John DOE. And an enforcement agent visits the property to take goods of Mr John DOEs limited company for which he is the director of. And Everything in the property is owned by Mr John DOEs limited company and he has paper work for it. Can the enforcement officer take the goods of the property or not?
