Failing the LLM modules on LPC?

There might not be any repercussions academically if you have passed all of the LPC elements.

However, if it’s a sponsored course, the firm you have your TC with could consider the failing the LLM as part of the course they have sponsored and so there could be repercussions with your TC offer.

Agreed with Jessica - it wholly depends whether the LLM element was a voluntary part of your TC or not. Have a look at what your contract says!
