Hello,

If you are re-applying to firms this cycle would you still need to give completely new answers in the application stage even if you were rejected later on in the process, for example at video interview or assessment centre?

Thank you

Not “completely new” but your application should be updated, refined and critically evaluated for improvements.

Recruiters can often take the logic of that if not much has changed in the applicants profile, there is probably a strong chance of the same outcome from the recruitment process the second time around. Therefore really demonstrating there is significant change/development is important.
