The SEC already has <a href="https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2018-226" target="_blank">precedent</a> for charging him for market manipulation on the basis of his tweets (ie two years ago when the settlement for his series of tweets on taking Tesla private resulted in him having to step down as Tesla chairman) so I really think it's just a matter of time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
