Speaking from experience, I would avoid talking about diversity, inclusion or the culture of the firm when it comes to discussing “Why HSF”.Go ahead and talk about the work that firm does/did, your encounters with its people, its awards and legal standing, its global strategy etc.I would only talk about diversity, multiculturalism and culture etc if you’ve actually been to the firm and witnessed this. Even with this, a sentence would do.
