I’d ask them to confirm timings if I was you, rather than assume what the timings might be based on others.

typically they run for a full day, but I have known firms to put networking drinks at the end of the day, which means it may drag out longer. NRF should provide you with timings though.

My tips:

- get a good nights sleep

- drink lots of water during the day to keep hydrated and focused (or caffeine!)

- just in case you don’t get one, take a notepad (or a tablet) to make notes on

- make sure you chat to as many people as possible - don’t just stick to the same people, whether other attendees or NRF reps, all day. Make sure you network and speak to a range of people

- be prepared to ask questions, to contribute to discussions.
