Hey, I went to the NRF Open Day yesterday. They said all you need to include is 'Dear Graduate Recruitment Team' - also no need to include their address in the letter.
Would you mind sharing any other information they mentioned pertaining to the cover letter? Thank you.
The qualities they are looking for is an enquiring mind, interpersonal & team-working skills, engaged in current affairs, drive to grasp every opportunity, strong analytical skills, motivation to make process, flexibility, open minded & enthusiastic. So make sure to link your skills to these qualities.
