Liked the speed networking aspect of it. I also admired how the Akin, Weil, HSF Kramer and Reed Smith insight days were delivered. The Reed Smith one had an introduction by the managing partner! The Akin one had an interactive session on their international trade practice and a group exercise on developing an AI tool for grad rec! Weil’s had an engaging PE M&A case study which helped to demystify the complex terms. Other open days I’ve been to were not as good. I think of Hogan Lovells (unorganised and rushed) and Mayer Brown (no food despite being 5 hours in total). I have Cooley, Covington and Goodwin open days to attend so will see how they go.</blockquote>
