Can this become a local coffee shop that becomes a chain? Make it into a coffee shop that encourages individuals to make it their ‘go to spot’ to drink coffee/ tea, work, and socialize.Weaknesses: it needs to be more unique and offer a different concept, as there are many coffee shops.
