if on zoom you can drag and drop the order of people on the screen. I always move candidates to close to where the camera is as then it is effectively “eye contact” and you can still see the other people clearly.You aren’t going to look them in the eyes (not possible on Zoom/video calls) but looking at them will just show general engagement.
