i think that it's the norm. i certaintly don't expect more feedback from a big firm like slaughter and may... they probably have hundreds or thousands of applicants for a dozen places... :'(

I guess they're just doing it in chronological order. I applied in late October so they probably haven't even opened mine yet

sorry to hear you got rejected mate, it really sucks but plenty more fish etc. Do you mind me asking how long after you applied they got back to you?

Yeah I applied on the 22nd October. I'm pretty sure there just reviewing them chronologically.
