i literally know i have an interest in ip

but whenever i go to apply to firms that have ip services i search up their current trainees and see how they were a paralegal for some brand, or something ip related

EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY HAVE PREVIOUS EXP IN THE INDUSTRY!!

is there a point to even apply?
