I would also recommend having the relevant sector's copy and pasted commercial awareness update from the main update pinned at the top for easy access e.g. December 2018 - Financial Services at the top with threads such as 'What is happening to the corporate bond market in light of a perceived 2019 economic downturn?' below etc.Also posting a weekly motivational quote - everyone loves a soppy motivational quote</blockquote>
