It was just a random number hahah(Edit: It actually wasn't very random, but it was unrelated to their trainee cohort size. If anyone's curious, I based the number on 3 people per AC, 2 ACs a day, 5 ACs a week, which gives us 30 per week, meaning 90 across three, though there may be more weeks.)
