Others from the platform might have better advice but what worked for me was having a folder with all the usual information they ask such as your university grades and work experience section in a folder then you copy and paste! It’s very important to know when the firms you’re applying to will open their application so when answering the firm specific questions, you can start early and actually take your time. During the week I’d carry out bits of research after work and note them down but once the weekend comes, I use that time to curate my answer. The more you apply, the easier it is in my opinion.
