The test consists of:

* one Watson-Glaser type test, untimed. Questions on: conclusion follows logically, assumption made or not, and strong/weak argument. Same questions used for other firms.

* themed SJT where the back story isn't particularly relevant. Consists of:

1. "rank your responses from best to worst" with five choices.

2. "I prefer to X vs Y" slider. Some of the X vs Y questions repeat.

3. In addition there is a rank on a scale of 1 to 7 how you are at certain skills.

At the link above they list their values as:

  • Critical Thinker
  • Adaptability
  • Growth mindset
  • Personal responsibility
  • Detail
  • Effective communicator
  • Credibility
  • Open Connector

Therefore in answering the question you'd want to focus on the answers that align with those, and avoid answers that contradict those.
