The test consists of:
* one Watson-Glaser type test, untimed. Questions on: conclusion follows logically, assumption made or not, and strong/weak argument. Same questions used for other firms.
* themed SJT where the back story isn't particularly relevant. Consists of:
1. "rank your responses from best to worst" with five choices.
2. "I prefer to X vs Y" slider. Some of the X vs Y questions repeat.
3. In addition there is a rank on a scale of 1 to 7 how you are at certain skills.

- Effective communicator
- Credibility
- Open Connector
Therefore in answering the question you'd want to focus on the answers that align with those, and avoid answers that contradict those.
