For those of you in full time employment in an office setting, how have you approached the fact that you're applying for vacation schemes to your employer? My contract states I need to get consent if I am to work with another company or firm, but in my application process I avoided mentioning Im applying as I was in desperate need of a job.Do you think its best to just book the 2 weeks as a holiday?
