Given what their graduate recruitment team have said in the past, I think this question is more about diversity - so you can include your committee work for a social mobility organisation, but the general idea is things that have supported you. This is where things like aspiring solicitors, grow mentoring, BAME programmes etc would come in. So don't worry too much!</p></blockquote><p></p>
