They shifted her to another computer but the total process took 10 minutes which she lost from the exam and never got back. She did say she flagged it to the test administrators right after the exam and got a mitigating circumstances reference code and reported it to Kaplan right after the exam, but ultimately I don't know what the outcome is. I don't think bigger test centres necessarily mean less tech issues. I've heard horror stories from left right and centre from test centres of any size. But if you are very worried then definitely ask for reasonable adjustments way early on and also familiarise yourself with how to make a mitigating circumstances report so in case anything does happen you already know what to do and you don't miss any deadlines.</blockquote>
