I think you are right. Their application page says the following:'We expect to recruit our trainees from the pool of candidates who undertake Placement Schemes with us, so will not open separate applications for September 2021 Training Contract positions in June/July 2019. If necessary, we will complete our recruitment for any remaining 2021 Training Contract positions during our 2019/2020 Placement season.'
