You have more than enough work experience (i.e. your previous vac schemes) that shows your commitment to the career and that's not even including the wealth of relevant experience your current role has provided you with. I think most firms tend to only start looking at direct TC applications once they have recruited for the vacation schemes and there are quite a few firms (US firms in particular) that tend to only look at direct TC apps if they have been turned down by a vacation scheme student but again I don't think this should stop you from applying now if you'd like to.</blockquote>
