What are the chances I secure a TC?

Hi all,
I have received my A level results but I'm a bit disappointed as I have not achieved my desired results. I achieved ABB, and I'm starting 1st year at UoB(Birmingham). Do I even have a decent shot at securing a TC at a MC or US firm, those with requirements of ABB or lower, like CC, linklaters?.

Seen plenty of people with the same or worse grades as you get TCs with MC firms and some US firms.

Honestly makes me feel so much better and confident, I would have thought you needed straight As normally.

Ultimately a lot more makes an application than just grades and many people with straight As won’t have the other important things.

Also, I've just started University, I'm doing Bsc Economics, but I'm a bit confused as to whether I need to do the 1 year conversion course before the TC, some say yes, some say no.

You no longe have to, but many organisations would suggest doing the PGDL so you can gain enough knowledge of law before doing the SQE.
