I mean the email did say "expected to be sent out from February" so maybe they've finished reviewing most applications already.

Yes but for me the word "expected" means it's flexible and it could be earlier. I mean we are only 2 days away from February. Hopefully we hear back with good news tho.

what does it mean when you apply to a firm and you are repeatedly being searched by people from that firm on LinkedIn? At first, I thought it may be a coincidence but this has happened for 3 weeks running now. Should I be worried?
