Is there not an online test before AC invites? Have you been invited for testing? Their ACs dates

Baker’s have changed their application process a bit this year, including the case study. I’m curious to know what it’s like now before I apply again.

its just amberjack - was pretty standard and quite easy to pass. I think I got 8768 but I've heard others got as low as 6464 and as high as 9986 so I'm not too sure how they measure it. Afterwards its the VI which was similar to last year's and then the AC which I thought was decent but the case study element was quite difficult for some elements.

Does anyone have any experience of scoring badly on amberjack and still getting through to AC? I’m pretty disappointed after my Hill Dickinson assessment. I got:
High: applied intellect
Medium: numerical intellect
4446

I’ve previously got 6977 and I have no idea what I did differently this time but I did find it harder.

Do they take into account the video interview more or less? Very upset as this was my favourite firm Does anyone have any advice?

Last year from what I gathered it was 25ish VS 15ish TC bc they upped their trainee numbers. Before that it was I believe aroubd 20:10.

I was applying and I also know a lot of trainees there. Seems to be about 30% intake from TCs consistently

If you cannot find this information on the website of the firm, I would suggest to email graduate recruitment and ask this question directly. As an international student myself, I think it is really important to get the most accurate information from the law firm itself.
