Does Goodwin have a competency / assessment framework? Wondering if for the VI should just prepare for all kinds of competency based qs focus on certain areas…

And also, with NRF - how long does it take for the Arctic Shores test to arrive? because I submitted mine early morning on Friday, completed the RARE form, but do not have any email from Arctic Shores and for some reason I cannot log in onto the workday portal via the link they sent me in an email cause that prompts me for a microsoft log in on Norton server lol

I have for applied the Linklaters VS and completed the online assessment as well as the Watson Glaser test. I have recently received an email from their trainee recruitment team inviting me to apply for their Discover Linklaters event. What does that mean for the prospects of my application?

Hi, I think the email is generic and from their mailing list it has an option to unsubscribe at the top - I don’t think it is anything to do with applications!

I don't think it means anything for your application—you are likely on one of their mailing lists, e.g., from their Forage scheme or previous events.

Got Macfarlanes SJT report back: Strengths were adaptability, explainer, and analysis. Lowest was learning agility. Do not know what to make out of this lol

The Goodwin VI consists of five questions for which you have 30 seconds of prep time and 90 seconds of recording time. There are three competency questions: Tell me a time..., 1 commercial awareness, and 1 motivational- e.g. Why the firm etc. This is all I'm sharing on it. Good luck!
