hi everyone, I was having a really tough cycle, just PFO after PFO, even from firms I spent an ungodly amount of time getting to know through events and open days etc (you know the drill🥲). Recently, I got my first small win - a W&C VI invite! Please hang in there and don't give up hope!!
I understand that people have been offering to trade tips but unfortunately, I haven't had much experience advancing. If anyone would still be happy to share tips for this, I would be really grateful! Thanks

Guys I think it’s referring to you have booked either a morning slot or afternoon. But you don’t know if in the morning it will be at 9am or 11:30 am, for example.

Bakers VI!!!!!! For Summer Vac Scheme. Over the moon, I was so deflated after the online test, but I guess it was enough. For anyone wondering: I excelled in applied verbal intellect. Then I got 9/9 in grit, 4/9 in applied intellect, 7/9 in creative force, 3/9 in digital mindset.

Again any advice would be so appreciated!

Hmmm I’ll wait to see if that comes through 😂 I applied 24/10 and did WG 05/12 so that I haven’t heard anything since isn’t boding well..!

I think since it’s a personal statement and not a formal cover letter you probably wouldn’t need to address it to anyone in particular. I would think of it in the same way as the UCAS personal statement. Not sure if that is a good comparison tbh. 💀💀

I think you can just start with the PS directly.

Did an AC with HSF and I know someone on the AC with me got a phone call a few hours later with an offer. I was told it could take a week and have heard that sometimes they call others later on in the week. I genuinely felt the AC went well. Has anyone got any information about this- specifically if they do call you a week after?

I was told it could take a week and have heard that sometimes they call others later on in the week. I genuinely felt the AC went well. Has anyone got any information about this- specifically if they do call you a week after?

Also got the call few hours later (2023) ... But maybe they are still interviewing Be optimistic.

Hey this might be an obvious Q but for Stephenson Harwood they ask you to select your preferred placement scheme dates - is it best to just select one or is it okay to select multiple if you're available for them?

Personal circumstances have changed and therefore, applying to London makes more sense now for me. The AC is online. Do you think if i explained to grad rec this is something that would be possible as im doing it before even attending the AC? Also, i sent the application a while back
